Moscato d'Asti Docg.

Sweet white wine which takes its name from the vine of origin, it is grown in the Langa area close to Santo Stefano Belbo, This particular wine is obtained from the golden grapes selected with care during the harvest which starts the first week of September. The grapes harvested in the morning are immediately transformed to keep unchanged the fragrance of their aromas. The must obtained from the soft pressing is the cleaned and made clear by a natural process keeping it at a temperature of 0°C for some days.
After a rest period of about one month, the must is prepared for the bottling. Our Moscato wine has got an alcoholic content of 4,5-5 % with a sugar residue of about 120/150 gr/lt, with a total amount of 12.50-13%. This is possible through a partial fermentation of the must to the desired alcoholic content.
This operation is called seizing of the froth, because it leaves to our wine the fresh and lively perlage, accompanied to a pleasant and soft froth that vanishes quickly. This sweet wine fits for parties, at the end of the meal, it has to be serves fresh at a temperature of 8-10°C.

 
  Langhe Chardonnay.

This is the representative white wine of the winery, with a pale yellow colour, due to the cold maceration, a fresh and fruity fragrance and a peculiar aroma perceptible in the taste.
It is suitable as aperitif and for the whole meal.
The alcoholic content is of 12-12.5 %, sourness of 5.5 g/l.
To be served at a temperature of 7-8°C.

La Primula Bianca.

This variety, the most cultivated in the world, finds excellent exposition and terrain on the hills of Valdivilla.
This important white wine has a lovely personality, dry character with pleasing tart aftertaste.
To be served at a temperature of 7-8°C it is an excellent aperitif, fits with fish and with appetizers. The alcoholic content ist of 11.5%, sourness of 5g/l.

  Le colline
  Dolcetto d'Alba.

The Dolcetto, typical Piemontese vine, gives us a wine with a particular deep ruby red colour with lively purple reflections, after an ageing period it tends to garnet red. It has a fruity aroma, with clear underwood fragrances, spicy and with a full, warm and soft taste, in the aftertaste comes up e slightly almond end, sometimes underlined by lively tannin. This wine comes from a careful wine-making with controlled maceration so not to exceed in the bitter tannins extraction, which could compromise its delicacy. After the malolactic fermentation and six month of ageing in steel tanks, it is bottled and left to rest for a short period before its marketing. When drank young is possible to appreciate its fresh and fruity fragrances, suitable for the whole meal as daily wine, after an ageing period it expresses its character of a wine suitable for a fine cooking of game und read meats. The alcoholic content goes from 12.50% to 13%, sourness of 5.50, extract of 28 g/l.

Barbera d'Asti aged in barrique.

This wine has a clear austere character and a gentle heart because of its harmonious sour balance. After a maceration of at least ten days and following malolactic fermentation we leave it to rest for some months in steel tanks and in oak barrel of 225 l (barriques) for more than twelve months.
When it reaches the organoleptic characteristics important for us, we bottle ist where it rests. Only after one year we offer it to our customers so they can enjoy this union fragrances and taste, weaving of mellow vanilla. Its sourness of 5 g/l and its alcoholic content of 13% with an extract of 32 g/l make it suitable for the ageing, offering the best of its elegance in the secondary fragrances.

 
  Barbera d'Alba.

This wine has a clear austere character and a gentle heart because of its harmonious sour balance. After a maceration of at least ten days and following malolactic fermentation we leave it to rest for some months in steel and wood tanks.
When it reaches the organoleptic characteristics important for us, we bottle ist where it rests. Only after one year we offer it to our customers so they can enjoy this union fragrances and taste. Its acidity of 5 g/l and its alcoholic content of 13% with an extract of 32 g/l make it suitable for the ageing, offering the best of its elegance in the secondary fragrances.

Langhe Nebbiolo.

The Nebbiolo wine, in its young nuance, offer its scented fragrances, its freshness masked by the austere persistence, at the point to be suitable as young wine but without neglecting its charisma of wine to be aged.
The ageing of about six months in barriques completes the refinement. The ruby red colour with garnet red reflection confirms the barrique ageing.
The alcoholic content is of 13-13.5 %, sourness of 5.5 g/l with an extract of 30 g/l.

 
  Passito di Moscato.

It is obtained from the Moscato grapes, the wine-making takes place after a careful wilting on rush matting.
After one year ageing, partly in barriques, the wine reaches an alcoholic content of 11-12% with still a high sugar residue, up to a total amount of 15-18%.
With an amber yellow, still, with wide fragrances of ripe fruits, spices, candied fruit, harmonious full taste with a persistent sweet note toned down by a sourness well blended.
With this wine one can meditate during the day. It may also be the crowning end of a meal.
Because of the peculiarity of this product not all the vintage are suitable for its production.

Vino spumante Brut.

This wine has got a pale yellow colour, clear and bright, with a fine and persistent effervescence, deep and fruity fragrance which exalts the typical softness of the Chardonnay grapes.
We make it with the long Charmat method.
It is suitable as aperitif and with starters.
To be served chilled.
The alcoholic content is of 11.5%, sourness of 6.2 g/l.

 
  Asti.

This wine has got a light pale yellow colour, with a fruity fragrance typical of the Moscato grape that in the Santo Stefano Belbo area finds its best expression.
It is a sweet wine suitable with dessert and for parties.
The alcoholic content is of 7.5%, sourness of 6.3 g/l.

Grappa di Moscato.

This is the only distilled spirit which allows even the amateur to taste the original Moscato fragrance. It is a soft aromatic spirit distilled using discontinous alembic It is an ideal way to finish a meal as an excellent digestive drink serve at room temperature
